If you need to change your ski booking, no problem! You can do so directly through your account by following these steps:

1. Log in and go to Bookings.
2. Select the date you want to cancel.
3. A downloadable ticket will appear that looks similar to an old airline boarding pass.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the ticket and click “Cancel my booking.”
5. Confirm the cancellation when prompted. You can then make a new booking.

Please note that the cancellation button is only available until 30 hours before 6:00 AM on the morning of your ski day. After that deadline, the button will no longer appear.
