If you’re having trouble uploading your photo, please ensure that the file is under 8 MB and saved in jpg/jpeg format.

On a Mac:

1. Open the photo in Preview
2. Go to the Tools menu and select Adjust Size.
3. When the adjustment window appears, reduce the image dimensions and resolution until the file size is below 8 MB.

On Windows:

1. Open the photo in an editing program such as Microsoft Office Picture Manager.
2. Click Edit Pictures.
3. In the panel that appears (usually on the right), select Compress Pictures.
4. Choose Web Pages or another compression option until the file size is under 8 MB.
