I forgot my OAN (OSAP Access Number) and/or password. What do I do?

In-person password reset:

Visit the Service Hub at one of our three campuses and make sure to bring your government photo ID and SIN card or confirmation of SIN document. Before arriving, book an in-person appointment via QLess

Virtual password reset:

There are two self-service options to retrieve the information needed quickly. Visit the OSAP website to access these options.

If a password reset cannot be completed using a self-serve option, a temporary password or retrieval of their OAN from the Financial Aid and Awards Office can be requested over the phone.

To do so, join QLess and have the following information available:

  • First and last name
  • Social Insurance Number (SIN)
  • Date of birth
