How often should I apply for OSAP?

An OSAP application must be completed and submitted each academic year.  

If you’ve changed your program after applying for OSAP and your enrolment hasn’t been confirmed, a Financial Aid and Awards Office team member will update your program of study when they review your OSAP application. 

If you’ve changed your program after applying for OSAP and your enrolment has been confirmed, you must submit a signed letter that includes your first and last name, student number and the program change to your application. Print and sign the letter, then scan and upload it to the “Changes to Application” section in your list of required documents in your OSAP application.  

Contact Financial Aid and Awards if you cannot upload your letter with the changes or for additional support.
