Step 1
Check to see if you are on track to complete all the required courses to graduate. MyStudentCentre will have a list of what courses you need and how many you have completed.
- Login to your MyStudentCentre.

- Program requirements are at the top.
Have questions about your required courses? Book an appointment with a Student Adviser. We offer both in-person appointments (HMC, Davis, or Trafalgar) and virtual appointments.
Step 2
Along with taking required courses, you will want to check your academic standing, which is informed by your GPA. Good Academic Standing is needed to graduate.
- For certificate/diploma/advanced diploma programs, your term and cumulative GPA needs to be a minimum of 2.0 (60-64%).
- For degree programs, your term and cumulative GPA needs to be a minimum of 2.5 (65-69%).
- Login to MyStudentCentre.
- Click Grades from the first drop-down menu.
- Select the most recent term and it will provide you with your program cumulative GPA and program term GPA.
Step 3
Make sure you have paid all your fees, and you have no outstanding balance.
Step 4
The legal name on file is what will appear on your certificate/diploma/degree. If this is not correct and you require a change, please email registration@sheridancollege.ca with official documentation supporting your name change.
