What if I book a visit and then I cannot go?

Date changes can only be accommodated to a future date  if you cancel your booking yourself 30 hours prior to 6am of the day you’re booked. An example is if you booked for a Saturday, you have until Thursday at midnight to change your day or resort as long as there is availability.  To cancel your booking, while logged into your account, click on “Bookings” then click on the date you want to cancel, if you are not past the deadline then you can click on the “Cancel my Booking” button.
