How do I cancel a booking?

Cancelling a booking can easily be done by following these steps:

  • Simply log into your account and under you profile you will find "My Bookings".
  • Click on the date of the booking you want to cancel.
  • The word CANCEL will be visible if you have not passed the deadline.
  • Click on CANCEL and accept.

    Note: The button is no longer visible after a deadline of 30 hours prior to 6am on the morning of your ski day. Please contact help@skicanada.org for assistance after the deadline has passed and we will be more than happy to help.
