Updating your contact information

You are encouraged to periodically check your contact details and personal information to make sure it’s up-to-date in myStudent Centre

It is essential that Sheridan can access your correct information in order to provide you with the best possible service.

To view or update your contact information:

  1. Login to myStudent Centre
  2. Under the "Personal Information" tab click the drop-down menu to access your address, email and phone information.

Review and update your Emergency Contact Information.

It's important that we have up-to-date emergency contact information on file for you.

Sheridan will only get in touch with your emergency contact if you are personally involved in a health or safety emergency. You can list a parent, family member, spouse, or other trusted individual as your emergency contact.

Please review your emergency contact information regularly, and update if needed.


How to enter or update your emergency contact:

  1. In myStudent Centre, find the Personal Information tab. 
  2. Then, click on the "Emergency Contact" link.
