Missing Sheridan username or password

Sheridan Account

Your Sheridan username and initial password are sent in two separate emails. Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you have not received either of these emails. If you have your username, you can reset your password.

You can also follow the directions provided by Sheridan's Information Technology team.

Microsoft Authentication

You will be prompted first for your UPN (user principal name) before being directed to Sheridan single sign-on to complete the log-in process.

Your UPN is in the format 'username@shernet.sheridancollege.ca'. You can find your UPN by logging into the User Info Utility.
