How do I access classes on SLATE/class not appearing on SLATE?

Our online e-learning system is called SLATE.

If you are in a course that uses SLATE, you will automatically be enrolled in the online portion of the course and your network username and password will gain access to the material. Your course will appear in SLATE by the first scheduled day of your assigned class. (e.g. if your first class in a course is held on Thursday, you may not see the course listed until Thursday of the first week of classes).

If you are missing a course in SLATE, please verify that the course has been added to your timetable in myStudentCentre. If you’ve recently added or dropped a course, it may take up to 24-48 hours for your timetable to reflect enrolment changes.  Please note that course enrolment and access to the course on SLATE also depend on your student record being complete and correct and your student account being in good standing.
