You will not have a T2202 available if one of the following is true:

• The course you enrolled in did not start in the applicable tax year – the T2202 tax form is based on the calendar year, not on the tuition payment date.
• You did not pay more than $100 in eligible education fees.
• Your study period did not meet the required minimum length.
• The course does not qualify for a tuition tax credit.
