Graduating students must check in 90 minutes before the start of their ceremony. Preparing for Convocation takes approximately one hour (select gown, register for Marshalling Card, receive instructions for Procession, etc.) The procession into the hall will commence 15 minutes before the posted ceremony time – please join the appropriate line for the procession beforehand. Please arrive on time.
