Graduating students must check in 90 minutes before the start of their ceremony. Preparing for Convocation takes approximately one hour (receive gown, receive instructions for Procession, etc.) The procession into the hall will commence 15 minutes before the posted ceremony time – please join the appropriate line for the procession beforehand. Please arrive on time.

Graduating students who arrive late will not be able to enter Convocation Hall in procession with their class. Graduates who arrive after the ceremony start time will not be permitted to cross the stage. Do not arrive late.
