What is MyCreds?

It is your official credential

MyCreds is Canada’s new, official credential wallet for post-secondary learners and graduates. Alumni and students must request their digital transcript using Sheridan’s transcript request service, MyCreds™. If you have lost and/or forgotten the username and/or password for your Sheridan accounts, please telephone the Contact Centre for assistance. An Information Specialist can provide you with your username and reset the password for all your Sheridan accounts.


Quick, easy process of getting your credentials to schools and employers

This is the official process, and the document will be considered official by any institution or business. Sheridan will send the transcript to MyCreds, which integrates with myStudent Centre, offering a streamlined user experience for all students and alumni to request and share their transcript with other educational institutions, employers, or other third-party organizations securely and conveniently.

If your academic records are from before Fall 2004, you must email Academic History to request your transcript.
