Your Sheridan onecard is your official photo identification card. It can be used for identification, accessing campus spaces, and as a payment card.   

It is mandatory to have your onecard while on campus. We recommend students us the mobile version of the onecard on their Apple or Android device.  

You can load funds onto your onecard to:  

• Make purchases at the campus bookstores 
• Print documents at the on-campus printers 
• Buy food or drinks at participating food vendors on and off campus 
• Use the laundry facilities in residence (for students living in residence only)  

Your onecard can give you access to:  

• Libraries 
• Campus recreation facilities 
• Equipment sign-out* 
• Specialized labs and classrooms* 

* Not everyone has access to these. Access is granted to students as needed based on their program or on-campus job.
