If you withdraw and are eligible for a refund, it will be automatically initiated for you. If you have a credit on your student account (i.e., a negative balance) and would like to request a refund, complete this form. For more information, see the Withdrawals and Refunds page on myOTR. 

If you decide to withdraw

If you decide not to attend Sheridan after paying your fee deposit or declaring your intent to register, you will need to formally withdraw within 10 days from the start of term.

Withdrawal deadlines

• You must withdraw within10 days from the start of the term to get a partial refund
• If you withdraw after day 10, you will be required to pay the full tuition and fees for the term.
