How to submit a service request on myStudent Centre?

To submit a request, please complete the following steps: 

  1. Login to myStudent Centre  
  2. Click on the My Service Requests tile on your dashboard

  3. Click “Create New Request

  4. Select the Service Request Category that best matches your need

  5. Choose the appropriate Request Type and Subtype and click Next

  6. Type your comment in the comment box, providing all necessary details

  7. Click Submit to send your request

You can view the status of your submitted request at any time by returning to the My Service Requests tile to check for updates and messages related to the request.


Important Notes:

  • The processing time for Registration Requests is 2 business days, but timelines may vary depending on the nature of the request 
  • Requests for registration into full or reserved courses will not be fulfilled 
  • Requests submitted to the incorrect category will be denied, so please review the categories carefully before submitting
