To check on a request, please complete the following steps:
- Login to myStudent Centre
- Click on the My Service Requests tile on your dashboard
- The My Service Requests page will show any submitted requests and the current status.
- Click on the Request Type to view more details
- The Request Details page will provide details on your request. You can type additional comments by using the Add Comment or Update Last Comment buttons. Attachments can also be added at this time. If any further updates have been made by staff, they can be viewed here.
You can view the status of your submitted request at any time after submitting a service request. Please check for updates and messages related to the request here.
