Sheridan can support your job search by connecting you with our Employment Consultants and resources to prepare you to be successful and competitive in the field. The services that our Employment Consultants offer are free of charge for Sheridan students and can help you with the following:

    • Our staff will provide feedback and/or recommendations to ensure your cover letter is tailored to the type of work in which you are applying. 
  • Resume assistance and review 
    • Our staff will provide feedback and/or recommendations to ensure your resume is tailored to the type of work in which you are applying.
  • Job search assistance 
    • To provide you with support and strategies for seeking employment opportunities. 
  • LinkedIn profile assistance and review 
    • To gather ideas and recommendations on how to enhance your LinkedIn profile and presence. 
  • Interview preparation/mock interviews. 
    • To ensure you are well prepared by discussing what to expect and how to answer typical interview questions.
