Education Assistant Community Support programs (TRU and others) cannot transfer into the ECE post-diploma programs: Special Needs Educator Certificate and Infant and Toddler Educator Certificate. However, there are a couple of core courses taken in EACS and ECE programs, so there may be some transfer credit if they decide to begin ECE program from beginning.

Graduates of ECE programs at institutions outside of TRU can transfer into the ECE post-diploma programs: Special Needs Educator Certificate and Infant and Toddler Educator Certificate.
