If a student is inquiring and/or wants to apply for the HCAP program, here are the steps.

1) Inquiries pre admission: Send them directly to Tracy Hoot. She can answer any general questions about the program and also pre-vet the student for admission before a formal application is submitted to TRU. Tracy will check that they have an employment contract and whether they meet the requirements of the program. Once approved, Tracy will connect the students with admissions to submit a formal TRU application. Usually the application fee is also paid.

2) Inquiries after admission (student says they are approved for HCAP) and have applied to TRU HCA: Send these questions/students directly to admissions. Admissions will then connect with Tracy to confirm that they are approved for funding. Admissions cannot do anything with the application until approve by Tracy.
