ESTR Students have 20 hours of class a week, typically on a 4 day week between the hours of 8:30am and 3:30pm. There are no evening classes and depending on the stream, some days might be heavier in terms of workload than other days, eg. Kitchen Assistant will have longer days on Wednesday and Thursday when the ESTR Market is open. Students typically have a lunch hour as well.

This is an employment preparation program and as such, attendance is extremely important as if this is a job.
