When a student says they have requested their transcript from Student Transcript Services (STS) but it is not showing on the checklist

- Go to SPAIDEN>Additional Idenfication and see if PPEN details are there.

- If there is no PPEN, have the student look up PEN and send it to admissions. The transcript request should come thru within 24 hours, once PPEN is added.

- If there is a PPEN but the transcript is not in the checklist check SYAHSCH to see if the transcript came thru under a different school. If so, email admissions to update the applicant's checklist.

- If there is a PPEN and the high school details in SYAHSCH match the checklist, but there is no transcript, email intake@tru.ca to verify the PPEN is correct.
