ABE students do not need to pay a tuition deposit if they are enrolling in 2 courses or less, but they must call the ESOs to register over the phone.

If they choose to self-register online, they must pay a tuition deposit regardless of the number of classes.

If they want to do 3 courses or more, they have to pay a tuition deposit regardless if they call ESOs or self-register.
