What to expect
- MAC probably won’t be able to answer all your questions, but they will try.
They are learning how to link questions to answers and if they don’t know the answer, they will tell you. - Our team works to link questions and answers to help MAC know what information you need.
- Sometimes MAC will misunderstand you and give an answer you weren’t looking for. Be patient.
- MAC doesn't have access to specific information about you as an individual student.
- If you’re unsure of any of the answers you have been given, MAC can put you through to an SSP during live chat hours.
How you can help
- Ask simple, singular questions.
- Try rephrasing any questions that MAC can’t answer.
- Use the thumbs up and down icons after each answer, to let us know if it was accurate. This helps MAC get smarter!
- Leave feedback at the end of the chat. To end the chat, close down the chat window using the x in the top right-hand corner.
- You’ll be asked for a star rating and any additional comments. We want to know what you think - good or bad. It helps both MAC and our team!
