Provides services for children and youth who have emotional, behavioural, mental health, and developmental concerns.

2. Eye See, Eye Learn (Ontario Association of Optometrists)

A comprehensive eye exam for junior or senior kindergarten children with a local, participating optometrist (covered by OHIP). If a child needs glasses, they will receive a complimentary pair.

3. Hotel Dieu Shaver Audiology

Health service for assessment and treatment for hearing loss for infants 6 months and older, children, and adults.

4. Infant and Child Development Services (ICDS) (NRPH)

Call Niagara Parents to complete referral at 905-684-7555 (HCPs can refer online)

A free home visiting program for families with infants & children experiencing, or at risk for, developmental delays.

5. Niagara Children's Centre (NCC)

Assists children and youth with physical, developmental and communicative delays or disabilities within their home, school and community environments. Services include speech/language therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, infant hearing program, therapeutic recreation and many more.\

6. EarlyON Child & Family Centres

Contact individual centres for details.

Provides free, high-quality drop-in programs for children from birth to six years of age with their parents/caregivers. Offered at various EarlyON Centres across the region.

7. Healthy Babies Healthy Children (HBHC) (NRPH)

Free home-visiting program that assists expectant mothers and new parents who need more support. The number of visits and the length of each visit depends on individual needs.
