Provides confidential telephone support for adult residents of Niagara facing addiction and mental health concerns. Immediate access to supportive, trained responders who provide information, support, connection to local services, and follow up.

Free help to quit smoking for Niagara residents. Supports include group workshops, Nicotine Replacement Therapy, counselling, and tobacco hotline.
