1. AccessOAP (Ontario Autism Program)

Ontario Autism Program’s Independent Intake Organization that supports those registered in the Ontario Autism Program. Offers: Foundational Family Services (learning and development, family and peer mentoring, caregiver workshops, coaching sessions, behavioural supports), Core Clinical Services (to support social and emotional development of children 1-4 years old; e.g. OT, SLP), Entry to School Program (6 month group-based skills program), and Urgent Response Services (12-week program for children and youth in need of support with behaviours and stabilizing situations; must be experiencing high risk factors).

Provides information, referrals, and support for children, youth and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Niagara Region. Offers: summer camp, events and outings, an onsite sensory room, bursaries, parent support groups and more.

Provides specialized services and support to children with special needs. Programs include developmental assessment services, behavior support services, regional Autism program and respite services.

4. Children's Services- Resource/Behaviour Consultant (Niagara Region)

Consultants provide specialized support to children with special needs in licensed & home childcare programs, and EarlyON Library Centres. Submit referral online.

5. Mental Health Services for Deaf & Hard of Hearing Youth & Families (PAH)

Provides free specialized mental health services for deaf and hard of hearing children, youth, and families and hearing children of deaf adults. 

6. Hope Family Support Group- ADHD (Pathstone Mental Health)

905-688-6850 

A parent/ professional-led support group for Parents and Caregivers of Children/Teens with ADHD. Meetings are free. No registration required.
